Joshua Zamir

Joshua Zamir

Mr. Zamir is a founding partner of Capstone Equities a real estate firm which has acquired over $1.5 billion of property in the United States using a value oriented strategy. 
 
Prior to founding Capstone, Joshua was a managing principal of Zamir Equities, a Manhattan based real estate acquisition and investment firm that acquired 2.5 million square feet between 2004 and 2006. 
 
Joshua started his career as a Managing Director at The Moinian Group, a New York based property investment firm. Mr. Zamir holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MS in Real Estate Finance from the NYU Schack Institute, and a BS from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Daniel Ghadamian

Daniel Ghadamian

Daniel is the co-founder of Capstone Equities. He has multiple responsibilities at Capstone including leasing, acquisitions, asset management, construction, and redevelopment. Daniel has negotiated over one million square feet of leases. Including notable retail and office leases with tenants such as CVS, Chase, TJMAXX, NYU, Cornell Medical and DCAS (City of New York). He has also overseen over $100m in capital expenditures. Major repositioning includes, lobby upgrades, Times Square Signage, mechanical systems and new storefronts. Daniel has also been responsible for sourcing the recent acquisitions of 570 Seventh Avenue & 5 East 59th Street, among others. Previously, Daniel was the director of acquisitions at a Manhattan based real estate firm where he was involved in commercial management and leasing, construction, and investor relations. He became the director of acquisitions and assisted in the purchase and refinancing of over 2.5 million square feet, such as the acquisitions of 80 Broad Street, 5 Hanover and 132 West 31st Street.

Justin Adelipour

Justin Adelipour

Justin started his career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Real Estate Group.  He advised public real estate companies and underwrote commercial property securitizations.  Prior to joining Capstone, Justin was a partner Silverback Capital Group, a Manhattan based real estate private equity firm focusing on multi-family opportunities in the five boroughs of New York City.  While at Capstone, Justin has been part of the acquisition of over $1 billion in distressed debt, and the acquisition of ~$400mm of real estate.  Mr. Adelipour has 15 years of investment management experience both in the private and public markets.  

Justin Adelipour holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.  Justin currently sits as a board member of the several companies, Select Product Holdings, a tissue converting company based out of  Long Island, NY; Vivrelle, a company providing subscription service for high end luxury accessories; and Merkury Innovations, a manufacturer of consumer electronics and accessories for hand-held devices.

Alex Morrison

Alex Morrison

Alex has broad experience in real estate and financial markets. Previous experience includes Real Estate Structured Finance at Bank of America where he focused on CMBS originations across all asset classes and markets. Alex began his career in Sales & Trading at Goldman Sachs on the Securities Lending trading desk. Alex was also a co-founder and COO of a rideshare advertising company.

Alex holds a B.S.B.A in Economics & Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis.

Brian Sparacino

Brian Sparacino

Founder and former Managing Director of INTRIGUE by Interstate Hotels & Resorts.  Past experience also includes senior executive leadership positions overseeing Blackstone owned portfolios with annual revenues in excess of $1B per year.  Most of which were in major gateway markets & consisted of extremely diverse asset classes - hotels, resorts, golf courses, and marinas.   Expert knowledge for every major brand in addition to in-depth business intelligence required to successfully re-flag, re-position, open and operate portfolios of lifestyle and independent hotels. 

Brian Sparacino holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University.  He is also a very active member with Penn State School of Hospitality Management's Advisory Board.
